A live forum with fellow Shadow Board members and the wider HK Shadow Board community to share interesting developments and initiatives, tips, tricks, challenges and offer support to each other on an ongoing basis

No cost to you or your agency. We only ask that you protect the time to attend the monthly sessions and are an active participant in the discussions

"I’ve not heard the term ‘Shadow Board’ before. Please can you explain?"

A shadow board aims to provide an alternative, often younger perspective to that of the official board of directors for an organisation. The purpose is to encourage and foster the insights and ideas of future leaders, and so to diversify the perspectives that current executives are exposed to. By inviting new thinking into management discussions, we are better able to build businesses for the future.

The HK Shadow Board takes this idea and applies it to the whole Healthcare Communications industry! Our members will not be shadowing the board of any particular agency. By involving the new generation of leaders from many different agencies, our ambition is to bring new thinking and challenge on an industry-wide level.
